.DISCUSSION...A cold front will move across southeast Louisiana
and south Mississippi tonight. High pressure will then build
across the Gulf States over the weekend. A warm front will push
across the region on Monday bringing scattered showers and
thunderstorms with it. Another cold front will move across the
central Gulf region on Wednesday ushering in cooler air for the
of the week.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (60-70 percent) then becoming
                    partly cloudy (40-50 percent). Patchy fog in
                    the late evening and early morning. Slight
                    chance of rain showers after midnight. Chance
                    of rain showers late in the night.
Chance of pcpn......30 percent.
Min temperature.....Around 56.
Max humidity........97 percent.
Dewpoint............62 decreasing to 54 late in the night.

1. Patchy light to moderate fog prior to frontal passage tonight
   will be possible but fog will quickly dissipate as the front
   moves through.
2. The chances of the RH dropping below 28% is not expected but
   can not be ruled out. if slightly drier than forecast air moves
   in or if we warm up another degree or two more than forecast then
   it is possible for the RH to fall below 28% temporarily.
3. There is no chance of a seabreeze tomorrow.
4. The winds will have a northerly component through early Sunday
   morning. It should easily remain above 5mph through Saturday
   evening but between midnight and sunrise Sunday it could possibly
   drop below 5 mph.
