.DISCUSSION...SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL BRING HIGHER HUMIDITY
LEVELS BACK AS THE WEEK PROGRESSES. EXPECT SCATTERED AREAS OF
RADIATION FOG TO DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT. CHANCE OF SEA BREEZE DEVELOPMENT
ARE GOOD FOR TODAY. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE SEA BREEZE COULD DEVELOP OVER
THE BURN AREA AND MOVE INLAND LATER THIS MORNING. WINDS SHOULD BE SOUTHEAST
AROUND 10 MPH TODAY BECOMING LESS THAN 5 MPH THIS EVENING AND LIGHT AND
VARIABLE IN DIRECTION TOWARDS DAWN.
