.DISCUSSION...

Chilly temperatures at ignition should rise through the 40s this
morning and into the middle to upper 50s this afternoon. Light
southeast 20 foot winds at ignition will gradually increase this
morning but remain in the 5 to 9 MPH into this afternoon. Relative
humidity values around 60 percent at ignition will quickly drop to
around 30 percent by midday and to 25 percent by middle
afternoon. It could drop to as low as 20 percent this afternoon.

Poor smoke dispersal values at ignition will quickly become good
by midday into this afternoon. Low mixing heights at ignition will
quickly rise above 4000 feet AGL by midday and 5000 feet AGL by
middle afternoon.
