THIS AFTERNOON.  THE LOWER LEVELS ARE QUITE DRY SO STRONG GUSTY
WINDS ARE POSSIBLE NEAR ANY SHOWERS, BUT ONLY SCATTERED VERY LIGHT
PRECIPITATION.  REGARDING WINDS...A SOUTHERLY FLOW WILL PERSIST
THROUGH TONIGHT.  THE ATMOSPHERE WILL FURTHER MOISTEN AND BECOME
EVEN MORE UNSTABLE THURSDAY IN RESPONSE TO A PASSING UPPER LEVEL
WEATHER DISTURBANCE.
