THE MARINE LAYER BETWEEN 1800 AND 2000 FEET THIS MORNING HAS
ALLOWED LOW CLOUDS TO PUSH INTO CONCORD AND SUISUN BAY BUT THEY
WILL BE HARD PRESSED TO GET THROUGH TO THE MARSH SITE. THIS
AFTERNOON WILL BE 5 TO 10 DEGREES WARMER THAN YESTERDAY. WINDS
WILL BECOME GUSTY IN THE AFTERNOON.
