SPOT FORECAST FOR SUNNYSIDE...WADNR
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SEATTLE WA
1011 AM PDT TUE SEP 1 2015

FORECAST IS BASED ON REQUEST TIME OF 1001 PDT ON SEPTEMBER 01.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE...CONTACT THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE IN SEATTLE.

.DISCUSSION...A SLOW MOVING FRONT WILL BRING A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS
OVER THE FIRE SITE TODAY. CURRENT RADAR IMAGERY DOES SHOW A BAND
OF SHOWERS SOUTHEAST OF THE FIRE THAT MAY REACH THE SITE IN
APPROXIMATELY ONE TO ONE AND A HALF HOURS FROM NOW. HOWEVER...ONCE
THESE SHOWERS PASS...GIVEN THE SLOW NATURE OF THE FRONT AND THE
ABUNDANT MOISTURE...THE CHANCE FOR SHOWERS WILL LINGER THROUGHOUT
THE DAY. THE LOW RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT COOL AND WET WEATHER
WILL START TO MOVE EAST TOMORROW...BRINGING MORE WIDESPREAD RAIN
AND THE CHANCE FOR ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS TO THE AREA.
PRECIPITATION CHANCES WILL DECREASE FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY WITH
UPPER LEVEL RIDGING BRINGING DRY CONDITIONS AND A WARMING TREND
FOR THE WEEKEND.

FORECAST FOR 20 FOOT WIND SPEED (VALLEYS AND RIDGE TOPS) ARE 10
 MINUTE AVERAGES REFLECTING RAWS WINDS.
