WASHINGTON...SLOWLY PASSING OVER THE BURN SITE THIS MORNING...WILL
ALLOW FOR CLOUDS AND THE SLIGHT CHANCE OF LIGHT RAIN OR SPRINKLES.
ONCE THE FRONT PASSES THROUGH...WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO SHIFT FROM
SOUTHWEST TO NORTH OR NORTHEAST...SKIES WILL CLEAR AND CONDITIONS
WILL DRY. THE TIMING ON THIS WILL BE A BIT STAGGERED...WITH WINDS
EXPECTED TO SHIFT BETWEEN 1000 AND 1200 TODAY WHILE SKIES WILL
CLEAR BY BETWEEN 1300 AND 1500. A FEW CLOUDS ARE EXPECTED TO
