.DISCUSSION...MOISTURE WORKING ITS WAY ACROSS EASTERN UTAH WILL BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR GENERATING THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE AREA. INITIALLY
THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE FAIRLY DRY THIS AFTERNOON BUT SHOULD
MOISTEN UP AS THE DAY AND EVENING GOES ON. A RED FLAG WARNING FOR DRY
THUNDERSTORMS IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM THIS EVENING. HOWEVER...
COVERAGE AT THE BURN SITE ITSELF WILL LIKELY BE ISOLATED.
STILL...STRONG OUTFLOW WINDS WITH GUSTS OVER 40 MPH WILL BE A CONCERN
WITH ANY STORMS. WINDS WILL LIKELY REMAIN OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST OUTSIDE
OF THUNDERSTORMS TODAY...WITH LIGHT DOWNSLOPE WINDS MOST LIKELY FOR
TONIGHT...ALTHOUGH THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE THAT WINDS WILL REMAIN OUT
OF THE SOUTHEAST. MORE OF SAME CAN BE EXPECTED TOMORROW BUT STORMS
WILL BE A BIT MORE WET.
