.DISCUSSION...THE UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM CURRENTLY OFF THE
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA COAST WILL TURN EAST INTO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
WEDNESDAY...THEN CONTINUE EAST IN ARIZONA THURSDAY. WEAK WEATHER
DISTURBANCES EJECTING NORTHEAST OUT AHEAD OF THIS LOW ALONG WITH A
GRADUAL INCREASE IN MID-LEVEL MOISTURE SHOULD PRODUCE ISOLATED
HIGH-BASED SHOWERS OR EVEN A THUNDERSTORM THROUGH THIS EVENING...THEN
AGAIN WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. MINIMAL PRECIPITATION WITH STRONG AND
ERRATIC WINDS POSSIBLE WITH ANY OF THESE SHOWERS/STORMS.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL EXPAND ACROSS SOUTHERN UTAH THURSDAY
WITH THE UPPER LOW POSITIONED ACROSS ARIZONA. POTENTIAL WILL EXIST
FOR WETTING RAINS...THOUGH ERRATIC WINDS AND LIGHTNING LOOK TO REMAIN
THE PRIMARY CONCERN. LINGERING MOISTURE ON FRIDAY WILL SPAWN ISOLATED
SHOWERS/STORMS OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN DURING THE AFTERNOON.
