BRING A MOIST WEST TO NORTHWEST FLOW AT 15-20KTS AT 9000 FT MSL
IN ACROSS ZION NATIONAL PARK THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT WITH
SOME BREAKS POSSIBLE TOMORROW MORNING. EXPECT CEILINGS TO REMAIN
THE SAME OR LOWER THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH ABOUT 5 PM WITH
INCREASING THREAT OF RAIN. THERE IS A 40 PERCENT CHANCE THAT THERE
WILL BE A BREAK IN THE PRECIPITATION BETWEEN 5 PM AND 8 PM BUT NOT
EXPECTING MUCH IMPROVEMENT IN THE LOW CEILINGS WHICH WILL LIKELY
REMAIN THROUGH THE NIGHT AND POSSIBLY THROUGH SUNDAY. ALTHOUGH A
