Cooling trend continues through Friday with rising relative humidity
at the burn site. Breezy onshore winds expected through Wednesday becoming
more northerly (offshore) by early Thursday when the cold front passes.
Light rain today and tonight over Shasta county and spreading southward
through Thursday. More significant drying, offshore winds expected
Friday through this weekend.
