.DISCUSSION...
A cold front across the southern Florida peninsula this morning
will move into and stall out across the Florida Straits later
this afternoon and evening as surface high pressure across the
southeastern states slides slowly east northeast toward the mid
Atlantic coast. Drier air in the wake of the front will support
a good deal of sunshine across the region through late morning,
then a slow increase in clouds is expected during the afternoon
as Atlantic moisture increases across the region as winds veer
into the northeast and east. Fog is not expected across the
region this morning or early Tuesday morning.
