.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will persist over the region for the next several days,
keeping dry conditions in place. Relative humidity values will drop
to critical levels each afternoon, though winds will remain generally
below 15 mph. Starting Wednesday, an afternoon wind shift to more
westerly can be expected with the sea breeze
