.DISCUSSION...Very dry and warm at the fire site through Wednesday with
relative humidity into the single digits in the afternoon with modest
overnight recovery. Afternoon breezes are expected both Tuesday
and Wednesday with some gusts as well due to strong surface heating.
The winds are expected to be a bit stronger Thursday and Friday with
possible red flag conditions as a dry weather system passes to our north.
