For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...An area of high pressure aveeraging 30.1 inches will
settle across the Great Lakes region Thursday through Saturday. A
30.0 inch ridge will then persist across the Upper Great Lakes
through Tuesday as a weak 29.9 inch trough moves southeastward
across the Upper Mississippi Valley.
