WIND CHILL VALUES OF 15 TO 30 BELOW ZERO.

PERIODS OF MAINLY LIGHT SNOW WILL IMPACT THE AREA ON SUNDAY...
ESPECIALLY SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 94. 1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW
ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED DURING THIS TIME...WITH SOME SLICK TRAVEL
CONDITIONS POSSIBLE.
