ACTIVITY WILL BE TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS WHICH COULD LEAD TO FLOODING.
THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS UP TO
50 MPH LATE THIS AFTERNOON...MAINLY TOWARD THE OHIO BORDER. STORM
MOTION WILL BE SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
