THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE FLORIDA KEYS AND
ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FOR ALL KEYS COASTAL WATERS...

AT 745 AM...A STRONG COLD FRONT EXTENDED FROM THE OUTER WATERS OF
MAINLAND MONROE SOUTHWARD TO WELL SOUTH OF COSGROVE SHOAL LIGHT.
THIS COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE WATERS ADJACENT TO THE LOWER
KEYS BETWEEN 8 AND 930 AM...AND CROSS THE REST OF OUR MARINE
DISTRICT BY EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. IN WAKE OF THE STRONG COLD
FRONT...SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS NEAR 15 KNOTS WILL TURN ABRUPTLY TO
THE NORTH...AND INCREASE TO BETWEEN 20 AND 30 KNOTS WITH OCCASIONAL
GUSTS OF 35 TO 40 KNOTS. THE HIGHEST WINDS AND SEAS CAN BE EXPECTED
FROM THE SEVEN MILE BRIDGE TO BEYOND DRY TORTUGAS AND SOUTHWARD FOR
60 NM...AS WELL AS THE OUTER WATERS OF MAINLAND MONROE. DURING THIS
AFTERNOON...NORTH WINDS WILL AVERAGE BETWEEN 20 AND 25 KNOTS WITH
GUSTS NEAR 30 KNOTS. SUBSEQUENTLY...A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS IN
EFFECT FOR ALL KEYS COASTAL WATERS TODAY AND TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL KEYS WATERS THURSDAY
INTO FRIDAY DUE TO STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE EASTERN UNITED
STATES. ADVISORIES MAY AGAIN BE REQUIRED FOR PORTIONS OF KEYS WATERS
FROM SUNDAY THROUGH TUESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM MIGRATES
EASTWARD INTO THE NORTH ATLANTIC.
