THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 7 NM WEST OF AFRICAN QUEEN WRECK...MOVING
EAST AT 30 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
  AFRICAN QUEEN WRECK AROUND 515 PM EDT.
  JACKSPOT REEF AROUND 535 PM EDT.
