AT 251 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE
OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED
OVER IRVINGTON...MOVING EAST AT 25 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
NORTHERN NECK REEF...NANDUA PUNGOTEAGUE REEF...LONGS CREEK INLET...SAN
MARCOS WRECK...IRVINGTON...ANGLERS REEF...TANGIER ISLAND...WINDMILL POINT
AND URBANNA INLET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
