AREAS OF FOG HAVE OVERSPREAD THE MIDDLE CHESAPEAKE BAY AND
RAPPAHANNOCK RIVER. VISIBILITY WILL LOCALLY BE REDUCED TO LESS
THAN ONE MILE. VISIBILITY SHOULD GRADUALLY IMPROVE AFTER 1 AM.

FOG WAS REDUCING VISIBILITY TO BELOW 1 MILE. REDUCE YOUR
SPEED...AND KEEP A LOOKOUT FOR OTHER VESSELS...BUOYS...AND
BREAKWATERS. KEEP YOUR NAVIGATION LIGHTS ON. CONSIDER SEEKING SAFE
HARBOR IF YOUR BOAT IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH RADAR.
