...BOUNDARY MOVING TOWARD THE GULF OF MEXICO EARLY THIS MORNING...

A SURFACE BOUNDARY LOCATED NEAR A KINGSVILLE TO ROBSTOWN TO BEEVILLE LINE
AROUND 710 AM WILL CONTINUE TO PUSH EAST THIS MORNING, RESULTING
IN A WIND SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST AND BRIEF WIND GUSTS 30 TO 35
KNOTS. THIS BOUNDARY WILL MOVE INTO THE SOUTHERN BAYS AND
NEARSHORE WATERS BEFORE 830 AM, THEN OVER THE REMAINDER OF THE
WATERS AFTER 830 AM. WITH THE WIND SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST, GUSTS
30 TO 35 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED, WITH THE GUSTS DIMINISHING AFTERWARDS
BUT THE WINDS REMAINING TO THE NORTHWEST. MARINERS SHOULD
PREPARE FOR THIS UPCOMING WIND SHIFT. REMAIN IN PORT UNTIL THE
WINDS SUBSIDE IF YOU ARE IN A SMALL CRAFT.
