...STRONG THUNDERSTORM IMPACTING PORTIONS OF THE OFFSHORE WATERS
OF THE MIDDLE TEXAS COAST...

AT 5 AM CDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 50
NAUTICAL MILES EAST OF THE MOUTH OF BAFFIN BAY...MOVING WEST
AROUND 20 TO 25 KNOTS. THROUGH 6 AM...MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY
WINDS AROUND 30 KNOTS AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING WITH THIS STORM...IN
ADDITION TO HEAVY RAINFALL. MARINERS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT FOR
CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS AND POSSIBLE MARINE WARNINGS EARLY
THIS MORNING.
