AT 304 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LARGE AREA OF RAINFALL
WITH EMBEDDED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP
TO 33 KNOTS. THIS AREA OF RAINFALL IMPACTED THE FLORIDA ATLANTIC
WATERS FROM MAYPORT SOUTHWARD TO FLAGLER BEACH OUT THROUGH  60 NM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS. PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL
REDUCE VISIBILITY.
