LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS OVER 40 KNOTS FROM 49
NAUTICAL MILES NORTH OF SMITH SHOAL LIGHT TO 21 NAUTICAL MILES NORTH
OF NEW GROUND ROCKS LIGHT...MOVING EAST AT 10 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
