AT 1242 AM AST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...
OVER THE CARIBBEAN WATERS AND ACROSS THE WATERS SURROUNDING THE
U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS. THESE SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING
WEST NORTHWEST AT AROUND 15 KNOTS.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. IF CAUGHT ON THE
OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...KEEP AWAY FROM UNGROUNDED
