  CARIBBEAN WATERS OF PUERTO RICO FROM 10 NM TO 17N...

AT 726 AM AST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ABOUT 20 NAUTICAL MILES SOUTH OF ST.
CROIX IN THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS...MOVING NORTH AT 10 TO 15 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

NUMEROUS LIGHTNING ARE OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. IF CAUGHT ON THE
