THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY, WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
4 AM EDT THURSDAY.

* WINDS...SOUTH WINDS 15 TO 20 KNOTS BECOMING SOUTHEAST AND
  INCREASING TO 20 TO 25 KNOTS TODAY. GUSTS UP TO 40 KNOTS,
  ESPECIALLY NEAR ERIE, PA THROUGH THIS EVENING. WINDS WILL VEER
  TO THE SOUTHWEST TONIGHT BUT REMAIN BETWEEN 20 AND 25 KNOTS
  THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

* WAVES...WILL BUILD TO 3 TO 6 FEET FOR TONIGHT. WAVES WILL REMAIN
  AT 3 TO 6 FEET THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN WAVES OF 4 FEET OR MORE ARE
EXPECTED OR WIND SPEEDS REACH 21 TO 33 KNOTS WHICH MAY PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS...SHOULD STAY IN PORT
DURING THESE CONDITIONS.
