WINDS TO THE MARINE AREAS.  WINDS AND WAVES HAVE FALLEN BELOW SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY CRITERIA...THEREFORE THE HEADLINES WILL BE ALLOWED TO
EXPIRE AS ANTICIPATED.  THE HIGH WILL PROVIDE LIGHT WINDS AND WAVES
