THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN EUREKA HAS ISSUED A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY, WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM MONDAY TO 9 PM PDT
TUESDAY. THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

* WINDS...W WINDS 5 TO 15 KT BECOMING NORTHERLY ON MONDAY. HIGHEST
  WINDS WILL OCCUR IN THE SOUTHERN OUTER WATERS.

* WAVES/SEAS...W 6 TO 8 FEET AROUND 12 SECONDS THROUGH MONDAY
  MORNING. ANOTHER WESTERLY SWELL BETWEEN 18 AND 20 SECONDS WILL
  BUILD INTO THE WATERS ON MONDAY RESULTING IN COMBINED SEAS OF 12
  TO 13 FEET BY MONDAY EVENING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS,ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS
SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
