* WAVES...SEAS WILL REMAIN ELEVATED THROUGH TONIGHT AS A
  WESTERLY SWELL PERSISTS. WAVE HEIGHTS WILL BE AROUND 15 TO 22
  FEET WITH WAVE PERIODS OF AROUND 15 SECONDS.

SHOULD PREPARE FOR ROUGH SEAS AND CONSIDER REMAINING IN PORT OR
TAKING SHELTER IN PORT UNTIL HAZARDOUS SEAS SUBSIDE.
