NEARSHORE WATERS OF LAKE MICHIGAN LATE THIS MORNING THROUGH SATURDAY
MORNING. GUSTS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS CAN BE EXPECTED AT TIMES. WAVES
WILL BUILD AND BECOME HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CRAFT...ESPECIALLY TOWARD
OPEN WATERS.

* WAVES WILL BUILD TO 3 TO 5 FEET...ESPECIALLY TOWARD OPEN WATER.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
