STRONG...

.THE COMBINATION OF FRESH TO STRONG TRADE WINDS AND INCREASING
NORTHWEST SWELL WILL RESULT IN COMBINED SEAS NEAR 10 FEET IN MOST
HAWAIIAN WATERS THROUGH FRIDAY. THE SWELL AND WINDS ARE EXPECTED
TO GRADUALLY DIMINISH LATE FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
OR SEAS 10 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE CONDITIONS
HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS...SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN
