  EVENING...DECREASING TO 20 KNOTS OVERNIGHT. WINDS BECOMING
  WESTERLY ON MONDAY MORNING AND THEN SOUTHWEST AND INCREASING TO
  25 TO 30 KNOTS DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS.

* GUSTS...FREQUENT GUSTS TO GALE FORCE THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING.
  OCCASIONAL GUSTS TO GALE FORCE ARE POSSIBLE ON MONDAY AFTERNOON
  AND MONDAY NIGHT.

* WAVES/SEAS...SEAS 10 TO 13 FEET WITH OCCASIONAL SEAS UP TO 17
  FEET THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT.
