THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN KEY WEST HAS ISSUED A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS FOR THE OUTER WATERS OF MAINLAND
MONROE...THE WATERS IN AND AROUND DRY TORTUGAS...AS WELL AS THE
FLORIDA STRAITS MAINLY BEYOND 20 NM SOUTH OF THE LOWER KEYS.

* SEAS...SEAS OF UP TO 7 FEET ON THE EXTREME OUTER WATERS OF MAINLAND
  MONROE AND FROM IN AND AROUND DRY TORTUGAS AND SOUTHWARD FOR OVER
  60 NM WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE THIS MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS MEANS THAT SEAS OF
7 FEET OR HIGHER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR
SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING
SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
