...Northerly winds will continue to diminish tonight...

.North winds will continue to diminish tonight as high pressure
settles over the region. However, water levels on coastal
waterways and navigation channels will remain 1 to 2 feet below
predicted levels during times of low tide through midnight.

  through tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Low Water Advisory means water levels are expected to be
significantly below average. Mariners should use extreme caution
and transit at the slowest safe navigable speed to minimize
impact.
