...STRONG ONSHORE WINDS WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS BOATING CONDITIONS
FOR SMALL CRAFT FRIDAY...

.INCREASED ONSHORE WINDS OF 20 TO 25 KNOTS WILL DEVELOP OVER ALL
OF THE GULF COASTAL WATERS TOMORROW. THESE WINDS SHOULD PERSIST
INTO TOMORROW NIGHT FOR WATERS WEST OF THE MOUTH OF THE
MISSISSIPPI RIVER. DUE TO THE STRONG WINDS, SEAS WILL INCREASE TO
5 TO 7 FEET OVER THE OPEN GULF WATERS BY TOMORROW AFTERNOON.
