* SEAS: NORTH TO NORTHWEST SEAS OF 6 TO 8 FEET AT 8 SECONDS WILL

  BEYOND 3 NM FROM SHORE WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS SOUTH OF GOLD
  BEACH AND BEYOND 10 NM FROM SHORE.

33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
