.DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS FROM THE
SOUTHWEST TODAY...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS AND DANGEROUS SEAS.
EAST TO NORTHEAST WINDS 15 TO 25 KNOTS EARLY, BECOMING WEST TO
NORTHWEST TONIGHT. SEAS WILL PEAK AT 5 TO 9 FEET. WINDS WILL
GRADUALLY DIMINISH ON WEDNESDAY BUT ELEVATED SEAS WILL LINGER INTO
WEDNESDAY EVENING.
