MONDAY AFTERNOON. STRONG SOUTHWEST WINDS 25 TO 35 KNOTS AHEAD OF
THE FRONT WILL BECOME NORTHWEST BEHIND THE FRONT MONDAY AFTERNOON.
SEAS WILL GRADUALLY BUILD OVERNIGHT...PEAKING AT 10 TO 15 FEET
