THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MELBOURNE HAS ISSUED A SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO
11 AM EST SATURDAY.

* WINDS...NORTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 20 KNOTS LATE
  THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT BEHIND A PASSING COLD FRONT. WINDS
  WILL THEN REMAIN ELEVATED...INCREASING UP TO AROUND 20 KNOTS
  INTO FRIDAY NIGHT AND EARLY SATURDAY AS THEY VEER TO THE
  NORTHEAST.

* WAVES/SEAS...SEAS WILL INCREASE UP TO 5 TO 7 FEET TONIGHT AND
  FRIDAY...THEN CONTINUE TO BUILD UP TO 8 TO 9 FEET OFFSHORE INTO
  FRIDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
