  GUSTS UP TO 32 KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES
  WILL BE 8 FEET WITH A MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF UP TO 12 FEET
  POSSIBLE.
