  DURATION OF GALE-FORCE WINDS BUT THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE
  CURRENTLY FORECAST TO OCCUR LATE THURSDAY INTO EARLY FRIDAY.

* OUTLOOK...GALE HEADLINES MAY NEED TO EXTENDED INTO FRIDAY.
