PDT THURSDAY...

* WINDS: NORTH WIND 15 TO 20 KNOTS...WITH GUSTS 25 TO 30 KNOTS AT
  TIMES. STRONGEST WIND WILL BE OVER THE OUTER WATERS SOUTH OF
  CASCADE HEAD...OR FROM 10 TO 60 MILES OFFSHORE. WINDS WILL EASE
  WEDNESDAY NIGHT CLOSE TO SHORE...BUT ARE EXPECTED TO PICK UP
  AGAIN THURSDAY MORNING.

* SEAS...EXPECT CHOPPY WIND DRIVEN SEAS OF 4 TO 6 FEET...WITH THE
  HIGHEST SEAS ON THE WATERS SOUTH OF CASCADE HEAD.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR WIND MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO
33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
