* WINDS...WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS 15 TO 25 KT WITH GUSTS TO 30 KT.

* WAVES/SEAS...COMBINED SEAS OF 10 TO 15 FEET.

* OUTLOOK...WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE TUESDAY MORNING...BUT
  SEAS WILL CONTINUE HIGH THROUGH TUESDAY BEFORE LOWERING TUESDAY
  EVENING.
