MEXICO. HOURLY RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL AVERAGE ONE TO THREE TENTHS
OF AN INCH. LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS AND A COUPLE LIGHTNING STRIKES
ARE ALSO POSSIBLE. FAVORED AREAS FOR RAIN THROUGH 5 AM INCLUDE
HIGHWAY 285 FROM DEXTER TO ROSWELL AND MESA...HIGHWAY 70 FROM
ROSWELL WEST TO RUIDOSO...AND HIGHWAY 246 BETWEEN ENCINOSO AND
ARABELA. STRONG FLOWS ARE LIKELY IN ARROYOS AND SMALL STREAMS
ACROSS THE REGION ALONG WITH PONDING OF WATER IN LOW LYING AREAS.
