TEXAS PANHANDLE...

...A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM TODAY
FOR THE EASTERN OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE AND MOST OF THE TEXAS
PANHANDLE...

...A WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM THIS EVENING FOR
THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE AS WELL AS MOST OF THE TEXAS PANHANDLE...

Patchy light snow or snow flurries will continue across parts of
the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles through 5 PM this afternoon. The
precipitation is expected to end by late this afternoon. Additional
snowfall accumulations should remain less than one inch through 5
PM. In addition, north winds of 30 to 39 mph with higher gusts
will likely cause areas of blowing and drifting snow along with
sharply reduced visibilities.
