THUNDERSTORMS WAS CONTINUING OVER PORTIONS OF HIDALGO...OTERO...
LUNA AND DONA ANA COUNTIES. RAIN FALL RATES HAVE DIMINISHED A
LITTLE OVER THE PAST FEW HOURS BUT LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINFALL
CONTINUES OVER THE AFFECTED AREA. MUCH OF THE AREA HAS SATURATED
GROUND CONDITIONS WITH ANY ADDITIONAL RAINFALL CONVERTING OVER TO
RUNOFF. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF MAY CAUSE FLOODING ALONG ARROYOS...SMALL
STREAMS AND ANY OTHER TYPES OF DRAINAGE. POORLY DRAINED LOW LYING
AREAS AND STREETS MAY BECOME FILLED WITH STANDING WATER AND BECOME
IMPASSABLE. RAIN IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS
WITH AN ADDITIONAL HALF AN INCH TO AN INCH AND HALF OF RAIN
POSSIBLE.

NORTH AND SOUTH. RAIN IS EXPECTED TO INCREASE AND PERSIST OVER THE
AREA FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. RAIN AMOUNTS OF AN INCH TO TWO
INCHES IS POSSIBLE. LOCALIZED FLOODING ALONG DRAINAGES...ARROYOS
AND POORLY DRAINED STREETS AND ROADS IS POSSIBLE.
