PORTIONS OF EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND WESTERN MINNESOTA. THE FOG
WILL BE LOCALLY DENSE IN SPOTS...WITH VISIBILITY REDUCED TO A
QUARTER OF A MILE IN SOME AREAS. USE CAUTION IF TRAVELING THIS
MORNING AND BE PREPARED FOR RAPID CHANGES IN VISIBILITY.
CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE BY LATE MORNING.
