25 TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY ROUGH WATERS...BLINDING DOWNPOURS WITH
REDUCED VISIBILITY 1/2 MILE OR LESS...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING

AROUND 10 KNOTS ACROSS THE ATLANTIC WATERS SOUTH OF THE FLORIDA KEYS.
A FEW STRONGER STORMS ARE ALSO FOUND ON THE ATLANTIC AND GULF WATERS
BETWEEN KEY WEST AND REBECCA SHOAL LIGHT. THROUGH 6 PM.... MARINERS
MAY SEE MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN WITH REDUCED VISIBILITIES. BRIEF WIND
GUSTS TO 20 KNOTS...AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTING STRIKES.
