A LINE OF STORMS EXTENDS FROM EASTERN AVOYELLES PARISH SOUTH INTO
WESTERN VERMILION BAY AND THEN INTO THE GULF TO 40 MILES SOUTH OF
THE ROCKEFELLER WILDLIFE REFUGE. STORMS WERE NOTED OVER A LARGE
PORTION OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS AND SOUTHERN LOUISIANA THIS AFTERNOON.
MOVEMENT IS TO THE NORTHEAST. STORMS WILL PRODUCE CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING... PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINS... AND GUSTY WINDS.
