CENTER AND BLYTHE THROUGH 5 PM. VERY LITTLE RAIN IS FORECAST...HOWEVER
EVAPORATING SHOWERS COULD GENERATE STRONG ERRATIC WINDS OR CROSS
WINDS TO 45 MPH. WIND GUSTS COULD ALSO KICK UP BLOWING AND SAND
RESTRICTING VISIBILITIES AT TIMES.
