.WIDESPREAD FOG HAS DEVELOPED AGAIN THIS MORNING...REDUCING
VISIBILITIES TO UNDER 1/4 MILE AT TIMES. THE FOG WILL START TO
LIFT AND DISSIPATE BETWEEN 9 AND 10 AM. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE
PREPARED FOR REDUCED VISIBILITIES EARLY THIS MORNING.
