* OBSERVATIONS...WINDS HAVE GUSTED TO 58 MPH ACROSS THE AREA THIS
  MORNING.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL BE STRONG INTO EARLY AFTERNOON AND THEN
  GRADUALLY DECREASE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS CROSSWINDS ALONG INTERSTATE 90 AND ON LOCAL
  ROADS AROUND NYE.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WIND GUSTS 50 TO 60 MPH.

WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR
HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. DRIVERS OF HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES SHOULD
