SIGNIFICANTLY DRIER CONDITIONS ALOFT...HAS RESULTED IN AREAS OF
DENSE FOG OVER THE COUNTIES OF VICTORIA AND CALHOUN. THIS
CONDITION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR SEVERAL HOURS. AFTERWARD...
THE FOG WILL DISSIPATE AS THE WIND AND TEMPERATURE INCREASES.
