ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM MDT /4 PM CDT/ THIS
AFTERNOON.

* PEAK WINDS...SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 MPH WITH GUSTS 45-50 MPH.

* TIMING/DURATION...NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BEGIN TO SLOWLY DIMINISH
  BY MID-AFTERNOON.

* OTHER IMPACTS...BLOWING DIRT WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY LOCALLY NEAR
  OPEN FIELDS.

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS MAY AFFECT
