  THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS WHERE STRONG WINDS WILL OCCUR BELOW

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS CAN CAUSE POWER DISRUPTIONS...HAZARDS
  TO TRAILERS AND HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES AND BLOWING DUST THAT
  CAN REDUCE VISIBILITY SUDDENLY. TURBULENCE NEAR THE MOUNTAINS
  WILL BE HAZARDOUS FOR LIGHT AIRCRAFT.
