...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 5 AM
PDT TUESDAY...

* TIMING...Strong winds are expected to develop this afternoon and
  continue through tonight.

* WINDS...West to northwest 30 to 40 MPH with gusts over 60 MPH at
  times.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous driving conditions due to strong crosswinds
  and rapidly reduced visibility. High winds can topple
  trees...down power lines...remove shingles and damage weakened
  buildings and roofs. Take necessary precautions to secure
  temporary structures and lightweight objects.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected
or occurring. Strong winds can make driving dangerous...rapidly
reduce visibility in dust prone areas and lead to property
damage.

* TIMING...Winds will increase this afternoon and last into the
  overnight hours.

* WINDS...West to southwest 20 to 30 MPH with gusts 40 to 45 MPH.

* IMPACTS...Strong crosswinds will make travel difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles. Blowing dust and sand
  may reduce visibility at times. Unsecured objects could be
  blown around.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means strong winds gusting over 40 mph can make
driving difficult...especially for high profile vehicles. Use
extra caution.

  create hazardous boating conditions.
