.SYNOPSIS FOR THE WESTERN GULF OF ALASKA...

A 994 mb low will develop near 59N 147W late Sun night and move
inland near Yakutat at 985 mb by Mon afternoon. A weak trough of
low pressure will remain over the Gulf coast through Tue morning.
