TO INTENSIFY TO A TROPICAL STORM NEAR 24.5N 87.3W THIS EVENING
WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS 35 KT GUSTS TO 45 KT...THEN REACH
NEAR 25.4N 87.4W WED MORNING. THE TROPICAL STORM WILL TURN TO
THE NE AND REACH NEAR 26.9N 86.2W WED EVENING. IT WILL
ACCELERATE AND INTENSIFY AS IT REACHES NEAR 28.5N 84.5W EARLY
THU WITH MAXIMUM WINDS 50 KT GUSTS TO 60 KT. THE TROPICAL STORM
