.SYNOPSIS...A BROAD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE AROUND A 985 MB LOW WILL
REMAIN OVER THE WESTERN HIGH ARCTIC. A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE
OVER THE ARCTIC OFFSHORE WATERS WITH A 1018 MB CENTER OVER THE
BEAUFORT SEA WILL  CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEAST. THE HIGH WILL MOVE
NE INTO THE  CANADIAN ARCHIPELAGO AND THE RIDGING WILL RETREAT TO
THE EAST WITH A TROUGH DEVELOPING OVER THE WESTERN ARCTIC TUE.
